Presentation of Jude Saint-Natus at HLF in Busan

The video message of Jude Saint-Natus, Director of Local Authorities in the Ministry of Interior and Territorial Collectivities (MICT), presented at the UCLG side-event during the 4th HLF in Aid Effectiveness in Busan is now online.
In this video message Jude Saint-Natus talks about how local government associations from Canada (Federation of Canadian Municipalities, Union des municipalités de Québec, and the City of Montreal), France (Cités Unies France) and the Netherlands (VNG International) work together in collaboration with the Haitian Ministry of Interior and Local Government on strengthening the capacity of a series of Haitian local governments, as well as two local government associations.
